What Are The Biggest Levers? Mike Dooley

I see a lot of people fail in their health goals from misguided direction and efforts.

Meaning, many people become overwhelmed by focusing on the details and often miss sight of the bigger picture which leads to frustration, low confidence and a sense of failure.

I find our clients that ultimately succeed and achieve the biggest health gains with the least amount of effort is following the idea of focusing on the biggest levers that require the least amount of work.

What do I mean by that?

Well, if your goal is to reverse diabetes, don’t get hung up in the how or get frustrated if a certain program or doctor is not currently getting you to the finish line.

As long as you focus on the overall goal, the rest will work itself out.

The Matrix (below) is a great tool to determine if you are focusing energy on the right areas or letting yourself get caught up and bogged down by the details.

There is always another doctor or another method out there.

Don’t get discouraged and don’t give up!

    I would really like to get my life back…7th ago was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia…I’m a 57 yr old female…I’ve gained so much weight…5′ 2…195…I can’t exercise like I would like to…don’t know how to get started on a diet plan..just need the right kinda help
